Ingredients
  Shucked clams 2 Dozen
  Cracker crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2. Drain the clams and in a buttered casserole, arrange the clams in the bottom.
3. Prepare a mixture of butter, cracker crumbs, oregano, salt and paprika and top the clams. Follow with a layer of parsley and celery.
4. Repeat the process till the ingredients are finished.
5. Mix sherry and cream, top the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve hot.
