Ingredients
  Littleneck clams in shell 3 Dozen (Cedar Key Sweets)
  Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash clams thoroughly under cold running water and set aside.
2. Place sherry, green onions, garlic and ginger in a large saucepan. Simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.
