Easy Does It Clam Bake
|Frozen peas in butter sauce||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen onions in cream sauce||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned minced clams||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Place peas, onions and milk in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Stir in minced clams.
Drop Biscuits by tablespoonfuls onto casserole.
Bake uncovered at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Biscuits: In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, seasoned salt and basil.
Add cream, stirring until dry particles are moistened
