Shrimp And Clams Peasant Style

  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Progresso)
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Peeled and deveined shrimp 2 Pound
  Roasted peppers 7 Ounce, chopped (Progresso, 1 Jar)
  Italian style bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Progresso)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned red clam sauce 10 1⁄4 Ounce (Progresso, 1 Can)
  Dry vermouth/White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Add garlic.
Saute for 1 minute.
Stir in shrimp, roasted peppers, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, clam sauce and wine.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until shrimp turn opaque, about 4 minutes.
Stir in parsley.
