Creamed Clams

Ingredients
  Canned minced clams 14 Ounce (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Clam juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Toast slices 4
Directions

Drain clams.
Measure juice and add milk to make 1 1/2 cups.
