The Stuffed Clams is a unique and tasty seafood dish that adds an elemnt of classines to any spread it is added to I served the Stuffed Clams recipe last month for an official party at home and I still get calls for the recipe. Don't miss this Stuffed Clams recipe.
  Seasoned croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed, seasoned
  Canned minced clams 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Dried onion flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Parsley flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Reserve 1/4 cup crouton crumbs.
In medium bowl, combine remaining crouton crumbs, clams, cheese, onion, garlic and pepper.
Spoon mixture into 4 ramekins or 6-ounce custard cups.
Blend reserved crumbs with butter and parsley.
Fill in clam shells and microwave for another 3 minutes.
Cook at MEDIUM-HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
