Citrus Creme Dessert

Citrus crème dessert is a frozen dessert made with gelatin combined with eg yolks and orange and lemon essence. The cirtus crème dessert dessert is best served with fresh fruits after being chilled overnight.
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Egg whites 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; heat and stir over medium heat till dissolved.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat egg yolks; gradually add 1/3 CUP sugar, beating till thick and lemon colored.
Stir in fruit juices, salt, and gelatin.
Chill till partially set; stir occasionally.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks; gradually add 1/4 CUP sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
Fold whites into yolk mixture.
Pour into serving bowl.
Chill thoroughly, several hours or overnight.
Spoon over fresh fruit.
Pass crisp cookies.
