I HATE DRINKING WATER!!!! Even though water is one of my must-have "beauty products" it really is painful to gulp down 64 oz of it everyday. I can do 32 oz with no prob.
So in order to get me pumped about drinking that last 32 oz I had to add a bit of an essence to the water. Citrus and mint to the rescue!!!
1 Medium, cut into small pieces
1⁄2 Small, diced
1. Fill a pitcher with cold, purified water
2. Add cucumbers and lemons to pitcher and refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors combine and chill.
3. Use this water to refresh after a workout or during any time of the day.
Believe it or not, so people just don't like to drink enough water. So here is water with a taste of lemon, lime and orange added. The mint leaves compliments the flavors well without making the water taste like mouthwash. This video is all about that!
