Citrus Bliss

Ingredients
  Lime 1⁄2 , squeezed for juice
  Lemon 1⁄2 , squeezed for juice
  Orange 1⁄4 , squeezed for juice
  Grapefruit 1⁄4 , squeezed for juice
  Sparkling water 500 Milliliter (1/2 bottle)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a jug, mix in lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit juices, and mix well.
2) Half fill a tall glass with cracked ice.
3) Stream the juice mixture over the ice and dilute with chilled sparkling water.

SERVING
4) Garnish with fresh mint and serve chilled.
