Dairy Free Citrus Mold

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 3 (1 Package)
  Raspberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot orange juice 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Grapefruit juice 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), cold
  Rich whip 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Prepared, Rich'S)
  Navel oranges 2 , sectioned
  Grapefruit 1 , sectioned
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add orange and raspberry gelatin crystals. Mix well.
2) Pour hot orange juice on it and stir until dissolved.
3) Pour d grapefruit juice and let stand at room temperature.
4) When almost firm, beat in milk-free whipping cream.
5) Blend the mixture well.
6) At the base of 6-cup circular mold arrange orange and grapefruit sections.
7) Pour gelatin mixture over it.
8) Chill until firm.

SERVING
9) Unmold and serve in a platter.
