Citrus Fruit Cup
|Pineapple pieces||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Banana||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Soda||250 Milliliter (1 Bottle)|
|Sugar syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared from 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water|
|Lemon juice||6 Tablespoon|
|Red food coloring||3 Drop|
|Orange emulsion||3 Drop|
Peel orange and separate the sections.
Peel inner skin carefully and break each section into 2 to 3 pieces.
Peel sweet limes with knife and cut into small pieces removing white fibre and seeds.
In a bowl, combine the peeled fruits, and rest of the ingredients except soda.
Just before serving add soda.
