Spiced Citrus Warmer

Ingredients
  Unsweetened orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low calorie cranberry juice cocktail 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch, broken
  Whole allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 4-cup measure stir together orange juice, cranberry juice cocktail, water, honey, 3 inches stick cinnamon, whole allspice, and whole cloves.
Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 8 to 10 minutes or just till boiling.
Continue to micro-cook, covered, on 50% power (MEDIUM) for 5 minutes.
Strain to remove spices.
Pour into 4 heat-proof mugs.
