Citrus Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients
  Unsweetened grapefruit juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Grated grapefruit rind 1 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Swordfish steaks 24 Ounce (2 Pieces, 12 Ounce Each, 1 Inch Thick)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Finely chopped hazelnuts 2 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
Place swordfish steaks in a shallow dish; pour grapefruit juice mixture over steaks.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Remove steaks from marinade; set aside.
Bring marinade to a boil in a small saucepan; boil for 2 minutes.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals.
Place steaks on rack, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with marinade.
Transfer to a serving platter, and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
Garnish with grapefruit sections.
