|Grapefruit||1 1⁄2 Medium, sectioned|
|Oranges||2 Medium, sectioned|
|Chopped walnuts/Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unpeeled apples||2 , washed, cored, and chopped|
|Banana||1 , sliced and dipped in lemon juice|
|Lemon juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||6 Tablespoon|
1. Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Heat the remaining water and honey to boiling and add to the soaked gelatin. Stir to dissolve gelatin.
2. Add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well and chill until the mixture just shows signs of setting.
3. Fold in the fruit sections, nuts, apple, and banana. Pour into a lightly oiled 1 1/2- to 2-quart mold or serving dish. Chill well.
