Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned grapefruit juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh Or Unsweetened)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grapefruit 1 1⁄2 Medium, sectioned
  Oranges 2 Medium, sectioned
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unpeeled apples 2 , washed, cored, and chopped
  Banana 1 , sliced and dipped in lemon juice
  Lemon juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain yogurt 6 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes. Heat the remaining water and honey to boiling and add to the soaked gelatin. Stir to dissolve gelatin.
2. Add the grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Mix well and chill until the mixture just shows signs of setting.
3. Fold in the fruit sections, nuts, apple, and banana. Pour into a lightly oiled 1 1/2- to 2-quart mold or serving dish. Chill well.
