Citrus Ice

Ingredients
  Granulated sugar replacement 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened grapefruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine sugar replacement, water and gelatin in saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Stir in juices and freeze.
For fluffy ice: Freeze until mushy.
Scrape into mixing bowl or blender and beat just until loosened.
Return to freezer tray.
