Ingredients
  Water 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Orange juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  White rice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Grapefruit juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Brown rice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Oranges 3 , peeled, separated into segments
  Grapefruit 2 , peeled, separated into segments
  Lemons juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1 , grated
  Mint 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  In a saucepan filled with 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) water, pour orange juice and cook white rice for about 20 minutes.
–  In a separate saucepan filled with 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) water, pour grapefruit juice and cook brown rice for about 20 minutes.
–  In a bowl, mix cooked white and brown rice with oranges, grapefruit, lemon juice, lemon peel and chopped mint. Season with salt and pepper and toss.
