Citrus Fish Broil
|Fresh fish fillets||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (HeinzÂ®)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||3 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon (HeinzÂ®)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cut fish into 4 pieces; place in shallow baking dish.
In small bowl, combine chili sauce, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and oil; pour over fish, turning to coat.
Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Place fish on greased broiler pan; spoon any remaining chili sauce mixture over fish.
Broil 4 inches from heat source, allowing 10 minutes cooking time for each inch of fish thickness.
Fish is cooked when it turns opaque and flakes easily with fork.
Sprinkle parsley over fish before serving.
