Cinnamon-Popcorn Crunch

Ingredients
  Popped-up corn cereal 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Canned salted mixed nuts 6 1⁄2 Ounce
  Light brown sugar 16 Ounce
  Light corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine popped corn and mixed nuts in a large bowl, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a heavy Dutch oven.
Bring mixture to a boil, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches soft crack stage (290°).
Remove from heat, and pour over popcorn mixture, blend ingredients well.
Spoon mixture into greased jellyroll pans, press lightly to flatten.
Separate into bite-size pieces, let cool.
