|Popped-up corn cereal||1 1⁄2 Quart|
|Canned salted mixed nuts||6 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Light brown sugar||16 Ounce|
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine popped corn and mixed nuts in a large bowl, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a heavy Dutch oven.
Bring mixture to a boil, and cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches soft crack stage (290Â°).
Remove from heat, and pour over popcorn mixture, blend ingredients well.
Spoon mixture into greased jellyroll pans, press lightly to flatten.
Separate into bite-size pieces, let cool.
