Mary Lou's Easy Sticky Ring
|Frozen uncooked rolls||18 (Rhodes)|
|Pecan halves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use More, If Desired)|
|Butterscotch pie filling||3 5⁄8 Ounce (Not Instant)|
|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
Butter pan well. Spread pecan halves in butter so that rounded side is down. (Chopped nuts may be used.) Drop rolls in pan to form a single layer. Blend together pudding mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over rolls, covering each one. Use all the mixture. Pour melted butter over all. Cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, remove cover from pan and place in cold oven setat 375 degrees F. Bake about 30 minutes, or until sugar is well dissolved and bubbly. Turn out onto a cake plate, one that will catch the dripping syrup.
