Whipped Maple Cinnamon Butter

  Sweet butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Maple extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl whip butter until very light and fluffy.
2. Continue whipping adding remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed.

SERVING
3. Serve on pancakes, coffee cake, French toast, waffles or breads.
