|Cinnamon sticks||2 (each 2 inches long)|
|Light cream||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 envelope)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and heat gently 10 minutes.
Soften gelatin in the milk and stir into hot cream.
Cool, then chill until mixture begins to thicken.
Beat sour cream until fluffy and fold into mixture.
Add vanilla and chill until firm.
Serve plain or with fruits.
Makes 6 servings.
