Grilled Cinnamon Peaches and Papaya
|Low fat margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Concentrated apple juice||1 Tablespoon|
1 Preheat the grill for 3 minutes.
2 Pit the peaches and peel them.
3 Chop into small cubes about 1/4-inch thick.
4 Peel the papaya and throughly clean it.
5 Remove the seeds and chop into small cubes.
6 In a medium bowl, add margarine, cinnamon and apple juice and blend well.
7 Add in the fruits and lightly toss.
8 Place the fruits in the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until warm.
9 Serve immediately.
