Orange Cafe Brulot

Ingredients
  Cinnamon sticks 2 , broken
  Whole cloves 6
  Orange 1 Medium, rind cut into thin slivers
  Lemon 1⁄2 , rind cut into thin slivers
  Sugar 8 Teaspoon (8 Lumps)
  Cognac/Brandy 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Strong hot coffee 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Combine cinnamon, cloves, orange, lemon rinds and sugar in 2-quart casserole.
Pour in cognac.
MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE, 30 SECONDS to 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot.
Stir in hot coffee.
Serve in demitasse or brulot cups.
