|Yogurt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat together oil, syrup, and yogurt.
Combine flour, soda, and cinnamon.
Fold into the first mixture and blend well.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Drop dough by the level teaspoonful onto paper, about 2 1/2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow to set for about 3 minutes, then transfer from paper to wire rack to cool.
