Spicy Cinnamon Frozen Dessert

Ingredients
  Nonfat sugar free vanilla frozen dessert/Ice cream/ frozen yogurt 1 Pint
  Granulated fructose 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Allow frozen dessert to thaw slightly.
Beat in fructose, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
If desired, 1/2 tsp (2 mL) of apple flavoring can be added.
Pack in a freezer container or bowl.
Cover and freeze until firm.
