Sweet Cinnamon Flats
|Wonton wrappers||12 (4 Inch/ 10 Centimeters)|
|Egg white||1 , slightly beaten|
|Granulated sugar replacement||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
Use vegetable spray to lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Brush each wonton wrapper with the beaten egg white.
Lightly sprinkle the egg white-brushed side of each wrapper with sugar replacement and cinnamon.
Lay flat on the cookie sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from sheet and cool completely.
