  Fresh rhubarb 2 Pound
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Wash rhubarb well and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
Place it into crock cooker.
Mix sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle it over rhubarb, along with the water.
Cover and cook at Low for 2 to 3 hours.
