  Chopped dates 1 Pound
  Broken walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Not Too Fine)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water
  Hot water 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)

Bake in fairly quick oven.
