Ingredients
  Cinnamon stick 2
  Orange rind 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon rind 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole cloves 4
  Sugar cubes 5
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grand marnier 4 Tablespoon
  Black coffee 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Combine cinnamon, fruit rinds, cloves, and sugar in flambe pot.
Add the brandy and Grand Marnier and blend.
Ignite the mixture as it begins to boil and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add the coffee slowly and attempt to keep the flambe going.
