Vanilla Cafe Brulot

Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Thinly peeled orange rind 1 Small
  Vanilla pod/1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1
  Brandy 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Piping hot black coffee 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Place sugar, orange rind, and vanilla pod in heatproof bowl; bruise rind with wooden spoon.
Pour brandy into small saucepan; place over low heat until heated through.
Pour over sugar mixture.
Ignite; stir constantly 30 seconds.
Extinguish flames with hot coffee.
Remove orange rind and vanilla pod.
