Sweet And Sour Tomato Chutney

Sweet And Sour Tomato Chutney has a unique taste. The chilli powder and sugar gives the Sweet And Sour Tomato Chutney a two dimensional taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Kilogram, chopped roughly
  Malt vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated ginger 100 Gram
  Crushed garlic 100 Gram
  Kismis 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sultanas)
  Chopped pitted dates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

Microwave the tomatoes in a large deep bowl for 20 minutes until mushy, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vinegar and mix in the other ingredients, and microwave, stirring in between, for 15-20 minutes until the chutney is of a thick consistency.
Cool the chutney and pour it into an air tight sterilised jar.
This chutney will keep for about 6 months.
