  Plums 5 Pound, cooked and put through colander (2 Kilogram, Blue Colored)
  Apples 4 Pound, chopped (2 Kilogram)
  Onions 3 Large, chopped
  Allspice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cloves 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ginger 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Brown sugar 4 Pound (2 Kilogram)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Vinegar/Malt / cider 3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 Milliliter)

Combine plum puree and remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
