Chutney Fish In Banana Leaves has a uinque taste. The green chutney gives the Chutney Fish In Banana Leaves a refreshing taste.
Ingredients
  Firm fish pieces 4 (With Bones)
  Salt To Taste
  Green chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana leaves 4 Large
  String strands 4
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Apply salt to the fish pieces and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Wash well and pat chutney all over the pieces.
Remove thick centre stem of each banana leaf and microwave four pieces together for 1 minute to soften the leaves and then wrap each fish in a banana leaf.
Tie each wrapped fish piece firmly with the string.
Apply oil to the wrapped banana leaves and place them in a serving dish and microwave covered for 6 minutes.
Turn over and microwave further for 4 to 6 minutes.
