Spicy Plum Chutney

The plum chutney is a cooked chutney with blue plums and apples, along with spices. Combined with plum pureee and cooked till thick, the plum chutney has added onions and brown sugar with cayenne which makes it sweet and spicy.
Ingredients
  Plums 5 Pound, cooked and put through collander
  Apples 4 Pound, chopped
  Onions 3 Large, chopped
  Allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Brown sugar 4 Pound
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vinegar/Malt / cider 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Combine plum puree and remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
