|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Malt vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine bananas, sultanas, onion, lemon juice and vinegar.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes on HIGH.
Add curry powder, sugar and pectin, stir well.
Cook uncovered for 20-25 minutes on HIGH, stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
Test that chutney sets.
Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
