Ingredients
  Cooking apples 12 , chopped
  Chopped seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Lemons juice 8 Tablespoon (Of 4 Lemons)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer until thickened .
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
