Maraschino Cherry Chutney
|Quartered maraschino cherries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 30 Cherries)|
|Frozen peach slices||10 Ounce, thawed, drained, and cut in pieces (1 Package)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped preserved ginger||1 Tablespoon|
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Cover and cook over low heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
