Maraschino Cherry Chutney

  Quartered maraschino cherries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (About 30 Cherries)
  Frozen peach slices 10 Ounce, thawed, drained, and cut in pieces (1 Package)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped preserved ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon

Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Cover and cook over low heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
