|Green apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in to chunks|
|Seedless raisins||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs)|
|Vinegar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White mustard seed||4 Ounce|
|Preserved ginger||2 Ounce, coarsely chopped|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, three hours.
Pack quickly into hot sterilized jars to within one eighth inch of the top.
Seal at once.
