Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 6 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Green apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in to chunks
  Seedless raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Minced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 3 1⁄3 Cup (53.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White mustard seed 4 Ounce
  Preserved ginger 2 Ounce, coarsely chopped
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, three hours.
Pack quickly into hot sterilized jars to within one eighth inch of the top.
Seal at once.
