Chilli Chutney

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Fresh red chilies 2 , finely chopped
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Large, chopped
  White vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pectin 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Combine garlic, chillies, onion and ginger.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on HIGH, stirring halfway through cooking.

Stir in tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, pectin and pepper.
3.
Cook for 8-10 minutes on HIGH, stirring during cooking.
4.
Pour into hot sterilised jars.
Seal.
