Sweet Fruit Chutney

  Amchoor 125 Gram (Dry Mango Slices)
  Spices 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1 Teaspoon
  Bananas 4
  Salt To Taste
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 200 Gram
  Black salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 50 Gram, sliced
  Raisins 50 Gram

Soak whole amchoor in water overnight.
Cook in the same water until tender.
Cool and pass through a sieve.
Add to it salt, chilli powder, white cumin powder, ground dry ginger, fresh ginger slices and black salt dissolved in a little water and mix well.
Add sliced bananas and raisins soaked in water and mix.
