|Dried apricots||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and chopped|
|Vinegar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Minced ginger root||1 Teaspoon|
|Raw cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Add all but the cashews and raisins to the apricots.
The amount of spices, vinegar, and honey can be increased or decreased according to taste.
Add cashews and raisins and mix well.
Serve with chicken curry or any cold meats.
