Khajoor ki Chutney

Ingredients
  Dry dates 250 Gram (Without Stones)
  Jaggery 50 Gram, grated
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm)
  Ginger piece 1 Inch, grated
  Vinegar/Lime juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 Chop the dates.
2 In a grinder jar, add the dates and grind.
3 Add in salt, chilli powder, ginger, garlic.
4 Grind again to a fine paste.
5 Add in the grated jaggery and grind again to blend well.
6 In a pan, transfer the mixture and cook on low heat until thick and all the water has dried up.

SERVING
7 Serve as desired.
8 Can be preserved for about 15-30 days, if stored in an airtight jar.
