Khajoor ki Chutney
|Dry dates||250 Gram (Without Stones)|
|Jaggery||50 Gram, grated|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm)|
|Ginger piece||1 Inch, grated|
|Vinegar/Lime juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 Chop the dates.
2 In a grinder jar, add the dates and grind.
3 Add in salt, chilli powder, ginger, garlic.
4 Grind again to a fine paste.
5 Add in the grated jaggery and grind again to blend well.
6 In a pan, transfer the mixture and cook on low heat until thick and all the water has dried up.
7 Serve as desired.
8 Can be preserved for about 15-30 days, if stored in an airtight jar.
