Dhania Ki Chutney

Ingredients
  Coriander leaves 3 Bunch (300 gm), chopped
  Raw mango 1 Small, grated
  Mint leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 , grated
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a mixer jar, add all the ingredients except the lemon.
2 Grind to form a fine paste.
3 Add in the lemon juice and grind again.
4 Pour in a little water, if needed.

SERVING
5 Excellent served with hot kachauris and pakodas
