Green Chutney

Ingredients
  Cilantro 2 Bunch (200 gm), stemmed and chopped
  Chopped mint 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, minced
  Green chili 1 , diced
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Shredded coconut 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix together.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Cover and refrigerate for two weeks before serving.
