|Meat||1 Kilogram (Around 10 Chops)|
|Sweet fruit chutney||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||2 Tablespoon (Preferably Balsamic Vinegar)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Capsico sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1 Add 1 1/2 cups of water and pressure cook the chaaps for 8-10 minutes. Drain well. Sprinkle same salt. Meanwhile, chop any large pieces of fruits, the chutney may have. Cook the chutney with the remaining ingredients and 1 tbsp water over medium heat till heated through.
2 Brush the chaaps with the sauce and grill for 10 minutes. Turn over, brush the sauce and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Serve with a salad; a potato salad goes extremely well and pass the remaining chutney.
