Chutney Cheese Pate

Ingredients
  Softened cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 Ounce
  Dry sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green onions with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients; beat until smooth.
Shape mixture into a 1/2-inch-thick circle; chill until firm.
Spread chutney over top, and sprinkle with onions.
Serve with crackers.
