Cranberry Apple Chutney

This cranberry apple chutney recipe is really easy, and you can add it any meal for a huge flavor boost. I always love having a good sauce around to make healthy vegan recipes instantly delicious.
Ingredients
  Cranberries 8 Ounce (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Apple 1 , chopped
  Ginger piece 1 Small, grated and squeezed for juice
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Juice of lemon 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put the ingredients in a pot, and bring to a low simmer. Leave this, covered, for 10 minutes or until the cranberries have popped open.
If you want your chutney to be a jam-type consistency, boil for longer or add some ground flax seeds after you take it off the heat.
