Coriander And Mint Chutney
|Fresh cilantro||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh mint||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Roasted peanuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Lime||1⁄2 , freshly squeezed|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a blender, blend the cilantro, mint, peanuts and green chili together adding a little water and lime juice into a smooth paste.
2) In a small bow, transfer the chutney, add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
3) Add a few more drops of lime juice, if required and mix thoroughly.
4) Use the coriander and mint chutney in a sandwich as a spread or with any kind of snack.
