Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1 Pint
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Pound, firmly packed (3 1/2 Cups)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Lemon 1 , sliced thin
  Instant minced garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Seedless raisins/Seedless currants 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1 Tablespoon
  Crystallized ginger 4 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Tomatoes 6 , peeled and cut into eighths
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Whole cloves 6
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apples 6 Medium, peeled, cored and sliced
  Mangoes 4 Large, peeled and sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large kettle, mix all ingredients, except apples and mangoes.
2) Cook the syrup for 1 hour.
3) Stir in apples and mangoes. Cook will the fruits ate soft.
4) Transfer into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space.
5) Seal immediately.

SERVING
6) Serve as desired.
