|Low calorie ginger ale||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) Slice the pineapple in 1 by 2 inch pieces.
2) Cut the grapefruit into segments and drain.
3) Sprinkle the fruits with ginger ale and curry powder.
4) Serve the fruits chilled on the bed of raw spinach leaves, if desired.
5) Baked the fruits in oven at 375°F for 10 minutes and serve hot if desired.
